Doepker Industries is a leading Canadian manufacturer of highway semi-trailers in
Western Canada. The company is continually developing new and innovative designs for our customers from coast to coast.
We currently have over 450 employees in manufacturing facilities in Annaheim, Moose Jaw and Saskatoon, SK. Our Company is experiencing significant growth and, as a result, we are currently seeking applications for this position to be filled in any of our Annaheim, Moose Jaw or Saskatoon locations.
The work will involve procuring manufacturing items and purchased parts effectively and efficiently to support the DIL production schedule, and manage the assigned suppliers to ensure that production is able to operate efficiently while keeping inventory levels, purchase price, freight, and other carrying costs at a minimum.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years experience in materials management, a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering and/or certification in APICS or PMAC. Preference will be given to applicants with exposure to Lean Enterprise or Theory of Constraints.
