Description

We need to grow to keep up with the demand and we
are looking for motivated and influential
applicants to join our team!  With a competitive
salary base and multiple bonus opportunities,
starting reps will have the opportunity to earn
between 36-56k/yr in established and protected
territory.  

Key Responsibilities:
    Establish and build strong and supportive
relationships with Webbs customers.
    Work within an assigned territory to
develop new business opportunities.
    Prospect and qualify new customers
    Produce and present proposals and project
outlines to customers.
    Analyze customer applications and strive
to offer solutions and best practices.
    Collaborate with Webbs Sales Manager to
develop a strategic action plan within the
assigned territory
    Work under the direction of and report to
the Sales Manager.
    Prepare and submit weekly/monthly forecast
reports.

Experience:
    Excellent verbal communication with the
ability to negotiate and influence positively.
    Strong sense of integrity in customer
care.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the
aptitude to build strong internal business
relationships and draw on resources when required.
    Problem solving ability and proven
analytical skills and resourcefulness to
effectively address customer related issues.
    Sound organizational skills with a strong
sense of urgency to work efficiently in a fast
pace environment.
    Proficient in basic software and computer
knowledge as well as the ability to learn new
systems.
    Must have a valid drivers licence and be
willing to travel within the assigned region.
    Business acumen along with utmost
integrity and professionalism.
