The Lakehouse is seeking a full time food and
beverage server
-serve lunch and supper courses
-take customer food and beverage orders
-prepare drinks
-clean sections
-remit VLT tickets
-polish cutlery and glassware
-maintain clean and safe working environment
On site accommodation and subsidized meal plan
avaialable.
$12.00/hr
40 hrs/week
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Essential Skills
- Numeracy

Additional Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Set tables
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Balance cash and record sales
- Assist customers with special needs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
