Description

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a Rig Manager.

The Rig Manager has worked their way up through the Floorhand, Derrickhand, and Driller positions to become acquainted with the equipment and well-servicing procedures.

The Rig Manager:
-Stays in communication with the Field Supervisor
-Manages all of the activities on the location about the rig, crew and the equipment
-Acts as a liaison between the service rig company and the oil company
-Communicates with the oil company representative to determine the courses of action on the well.
-Ensures proper and timely maintenance of the rig equipment
-Assigns work to the rig crew members
-Holds and gives guidance to the daily safety meetings
-Ensures compliance with government, oil company, and rig company regulations, policies and practices
-Organizes the moving of the rig and equipment
-Keeps all records up to date
-Maintains all documentation on a daily and monthly basis
-Supervises the physical activities of the crew to ensure proper safe working practices
-Responds to the requests of the Operations Manager and the Field Supervisors

Experience:
-5 years industry experience
-1 year Rig Manager experience

-WS BOP
-H2S Alive
-First Aid/CPR
-Fall Protection
-Rig Rescue
-Enform Rig Assessor
-Valid Driver License Class 1A or 3A
