Team Leads
JOIN OUR TEAM! WE ARE GROWING FAST!
We are looking for motivated and energetic team leads to join ULS in our Maintenance and Construction Division servicing the Saskatoon areas. This includes positions and work such as managing a group of team members, train and educate team members, facilitate tool box meetings, execution of landscape maintenance, and familiarity with budgets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Landscaping, Snow Removal, and/or Construction experience
- Able to Perform Moderate to Heavy Labor Intensive Tasks for extended periods of time in a variety of outdoor environments (ability to lift 50 lbs.)
- Ability to Lead and Inspire a Team as a motivated and energetic Team Player
- Enjoy Working Outdoors, flexible/long hours, weekend work
- Strong adherence to safety policy and protocol
- Attention to detail and work ethic; Strong organizational, management, leadership, and computer skills
- Ability to execute a successful projects with accuracy, efficiency, and avoiding loss of time pertaining to a lack of planning; Experience in Residential and Commercial an asset
- Must be able to operate various types of equipment following relevant certification or training
- Able to successfully execute install of patios, retaining walls, decks, fences, and custom wood/stone work (Construction)
- Able to read and interpret design/drawing plans/schematics/site plans/blueprints (Construction)
