A & W is looking for 2 Kitchen Helpers to perform
he following duties:
Job Description:
- Portion assemble and wrap food orders
- Use equipment to prepare fast food, such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, and others.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Doing dishes and stocking of refrigerators and
reezers
Education: No requirements
Experience: No experience / skills required
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Essential Skills
- Working with others
Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Work Setting
- Restaurant

- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash

- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
