Job Description:
Coach and mentor the field crews on the project to safe work practices, quality workmanship, productivity, and schedule
Promote and adhere to URSs Safety Management System
Provide field crews with adequate supervision and daily work instructions
Prepare needs assessment with the foremen in terms of equipment and materials. Work with Operations Centre Manager in requisitioning required items
Monitors performance, progress and productivity of the project, and ensures the alignment of the construction to the project plans and drawings
Regularly communicate work progress, schedule variance, crew and safety performance to the Mechanical Operations Manager
Give daily guidance to the Foremen on the Workface
Approve and submit any invoice/timesheets which have business unit expenditures to the appropriate project
Ensure daily progress reports have been submitted by Foremen on shift
Job Requirements
5-10 years previous supervisory (Lead Hand or Foreman) experience in oilfield maintenance or facility construction required
Previous experience with facility construction projects (Battery Sites, Facility, Pump Jacks, Pipeline, Treaters, Line Leaks, Oil Spill Clean-up, and General Maintenance of Oilfield Equipment)
Ability to read and interpret, and effectively delegate client and company supplied construction fabrication drawings and specifications (Isometric, P & IDs, IFC Drawings)
Strong organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail
General computer ability required
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, problem solving
Proven ability to supervise a fast-paced work environment
