Has agriculture, management and leadership been your chosen career path for 5 plus years? Do you
excel in areas of strategic orientation, building relationships, leading change, results orientation and successful communications? Are you a strategic and dynamic leader who holds a post-secondary Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, Agriculture Technology, Geographic Information Systems or Geomatics Engineering Technology?

JayDee AgTech's Precision Services Division Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the department.

The successful candidate will:
     * execute, plan, and organize the integration of precision services within the organization
     * be accountable for the scope, direction and budgets required to successfully introduce this business focus  
     * communicate and build understanding among all staff on the vision and role of the Precision Services Division
     * be responsible for the implementation and management of day-to-day operations
     * work closely with internal and external resources to identify customer and market needs
     * develop comprehensive value-added services and solutions to address customer and market needs
     * manage the performance and development of division employees
     * need the ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively
