investments in Microsoft technology.
We are seeking an organized and detailed Administrative & Finance
Assistant;
a problem-solver who can adapt to change and make decisions; and
a team player who can help management and staff with inquiries
and requests. You will be thorough, professional and possess
strong technical skills, as well as demonstrate exceptional attention
to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Acting as an administrative resource person across
departments
Active social committee participation
Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable entry, receiving
payments, billing reconciliation
Booking travel
Coordination of corporate events
Management of office supplies
Office tidiness
Participating in special projects
Receptionist duties
Running errands and responding to ad-hoc requests
Scanning, faxing, distributing, and filing documents
SPECIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to manage priorities
Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Excellent interpersonal relations skills
Experience in finance an asset
General accounting knowledge an asset
Self-directed, sense of responsibility and strong organizational
skills
Strong aptitude for supporting the work of a number of people
Thorough, meticulous and attentive to deal
