Flynn Canada Ltd. is currently recruiting skilled
Metal Cladders (commercial) to fill 10 F/T
vacancies in the Regina and surrounding area (1750
Macrae Drive, Regina, SK, S4N 7E3).
The position of "Metal Cladder" is a skilled
labour role, in which the Metal Cladder works
within a team, reporting to the site foreman to
lay a variety of metal siding on industrial,
institutional and commercial buildings.
$18.00 - $35.00/hour, depending on experience and
qualifications. Disability, Medical and Dental
Benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Installation of Architectural Sheet Metal
applications, including Steel Roofing and Wall
finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall finishes,
Composite Aluminum Wall panels and Custom Zinc or
Copper applications
Fit and join sheet metal parts using
riveting, welding, soldering and similar equipment
Install exterior metal products according
to specifications and building codes
Measure and mark guidelines to be used for
installations
Install, repair and service exterior
prefabricated products
Provide training to more junior level,
less experienced workers
Qualifications:
2 years minimum cladding (commercial)
experience
Journeyman/woman or Journeyman/woman
equivalent
Intermediate English skills
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work and communicate with
others
Ability to install all kinds of metal
roofing, wall cladding and composite aluminum
panels
Ability to instruct apprentices and new
workers
Ability to work at heights
Ability to learn and obey our extensive
company safety policy
