STORE MANAGER
As a Store Manager you will plan, direct, and control all aspects of the stores operations.  In doing so, you will ensure consistent profitability by maintaining high standards in sales, merchandising, marketing, floor displays, store promotions, guest service, public relations and expense control.
Our ideal candidate possesses a college diploma in business/retail or an equivalent combination of education and experience; including 5 plus years of demonstrated customer service focused retail management experience in a unionized environment.  The ability to drive results, motivate others, develop direct reports, build effective teams, manage and measure work/systems, and have superior time management skills.  You have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong people skills, and be computer literateand have knowledge of basic accounting procedures.  The successful candidate will hold a valid drivers license and will be required to provide Criminal Record Check satisfactory to the employer.
