Description

The Team Leader is accountable for all facets of the support team and providing leadership in the areas of:
- direct support
- development, support and delivery of individual support plans
- support team supervision (evaluations, scheduling)
-option development
- relationships with individuals, families, and personal networks of the individuals served through SAI
