Purpose of the Job:
To assemble a variety of different products associated with agriculture manufacturing.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Must have the ability to read drawings, blueprints and manuals for the purpose of assembling products.
Must be capable of operating hand and power tools.
Must meet or exceed production standards.
Other duties and responsibilities:
Forklift operation.
Testing equipment.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to read drawings and blueprints
Must be qualified to assemble Degelman Product at a rate that will maintain throughput.
Working Conditions:
Team environment.
Heavy lifting.
Minimal outdoor work.
This position requires shift work.
