Sales/Store Manager will be responsible for sales and business development, store management and administration as well as team leadership and people management. You will oversee staff on a day to day basis; participate in the development implementation and management of financial operations for the store including sales, budgets and cost control. You will ensure targets are met based on established goals for the location and area as well as provide leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing physical and financial resources for the location.
This successful candidate for this position should have a post-secondary Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agri-business, or business. Ideally candidates will have 5-7 years experience in the field of agriculture or related role, and a minimum of 5 years leadership/senior management experience in a dynamic team environment.
