Northern Blizzard is a well financed midsized private oil and gas exploration and development company focused on heavy oil, primarily in western Saskatchewan. The company is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and has field offices in the Lloydminster area.
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Pressure Truck Operator. This position will be located in Macklin, SK and will report to the Field Truck Supervisor. Key responsibilities will include;
Adhering to safety processes and procedures as per company guidelines,
Driving and operating a pressure truck,
Loading and unloading fluids,
Performing roadside adjustments and repairs,
Monitoring vehicle performance and mechanical fitness,
General housekeeping of units.
Besides being both an independent self starter and a team player, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Valid class 1 or class 3 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract,
Minimum 1 year of experience operating pressure trucks,
Experience in the oilfield,
Mechanically inclined,
Excellent communication and organizational skills,
Punctuality and reliability,
Flexibility and independence; ability to work a rotating schedule,
