Seeking a Maintenance Person for property management company. The successful candidate will be required to perform repairs and upkeep for apartments.
You must be able to work efficiently in an independent manner, perform tasks that require lifting and be available for emergency calls. A valid driver's license is required. Boiler papers / Fireman's Certificate would be a definite asset.
