The successful team member will be responsible for:
-Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
-Understand the operation of mechanical moving parts and hydraulic lines
-Fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools and equipment
-Position and install parts, subassemblies and accessories using hand and power tools
-Mark, record and report defects
-Test equipment for proper performance
-Inspect final product
Qualifications:
-One or more years experience in a technical and mechanical role with production equipment.
-Farming background and/or experience working with agricultural equipment will be considered an asset.
-Manufacturing related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
The successful applicant must have a superior work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
