Description

Regina Youth for Christ is looking for a full time Remote Project
Director in the Battlefords to support our growing youth ministry.
This position provides a lot of diversity and the opportunity to lead
a dynamic team of missionaries. It is ideal for a person who is self-
lead and can motivate others in line with the vision of the
organization. The right candidate will be experienced in
leadership, professional, well spoken and able to make decisions.
Above all, they will already be in agreement with our Statement of
Faith.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and Organizing
- Ability to assess, plan and organize the project
- Ability to glean ideas and create strategies
- Ability to unify and create direction on a team
- Participation in the RYFC Leadership Team (organizational
oversight)

Staffing and Delegation
- Recruiting, training and maintaining a missionary team
- Empowering team members to share responsibilities
- Maintaining high team morale and focus

Supervision, metrics and Reporting
- Overseeing the effectiveness of the Project
- Finding ways to measure the progress or success
- Performance evaluations
- Submitting quarterly reports

Skills Required:
- Ability to catch the vision of the organization and incorporate it
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of adventure
- Experience in successful people management/leadership
- Personal integrity and humility
- Ability to forecast and problem solve
- Ability to lead yet empower and entire team toward a goal
- Follow through, trustworthiness and professionalism
