As an Executive Director (General Manager), you are an ambassador for the Revera brand, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision drives solid operating results, an engaged team and memorable resident experiences.
Drive and maximize occupancy levels by promoting a sales culture throughout the residence, and by achieving high resident satisfaction and employee engagement; Comply with all provincial regulations and maintain regulatory compliance; Operate as an effective hands on leader, wearing many hats as required to meet and exceed Revera financial objectives, exemplary resident satisfaction and high employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education preferred in healthcare, business, marketing and/or related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant management experience, preferably in a retirement residence, hotel or other hospitality industry setting;
- Solid experience with financial management, budgeting and a metrics driven environment;
- Effective people manager, experienced with managing a multi-disciplinary team (union and non-union);
- Proven interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, in a person-centered organization.
