We are currently seeking an experienced  Sales Associate(Full-Time)at The Brick in Prince Albert.
Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are an extrovert that thrives in a constantly changing, and fast paced environment. This vital quality allows you to be team oriented and enjoy working with others to accomplish common goals.
Your ability to establish rapport quickly with others will unquestionably compliment your desire to thrive in this commission sales environment (with guaranteed wage).

You will assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling; continuously learn about our product lines; enjoy working in a team environment while achieving personal goals. Together with your team, you will maintain your area to ensure company merchandising standards are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Explain policies to customers in order for them to make an informed decision
-Upgrade customers with added value products and services
-Maintain adequate levels of product knowledge
-Achieve specific sales targets
-Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
-2 years of customer service or sales experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong team skills and enjoy a fast paced, stimulating environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
-Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
-Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
