Description

Position involves: Tanning consultant, customer education and
sales of tanning products and services; customer service,
salon sanitation and cleanliness covering Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00.
Management of daily operations and scheduling of staff for
evening/weekend shifts, recruitment and training, daily
cash/deposit management, setting staff targets and monitoring
performance, in-store marketing and displays, ordering and
inventory management and related duties; and working with
the owner on business promotion and marketing.

Previous experience in salon management, tanning salon
preferred, and in all aspects outlined above, as well as
managing and building a successful team. Must be able to
learn quickly including initial and ongoing product knowledge
to stay on top of changing product lines. Responsible for
successful operation open 7days per week.
