Construction Manager
ServiceMaster Restore of Regina
ServiceMaster Restore is an insurance restoration company seeking an individual to fill the position of Construction Manager for our Regina branch.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing field staff
- Manage, schedule workloads and sub-trades
- Estimating
- Oversee restoration jobs from start to finish
- Direct communication with customers during job process
- Communicate and report to the Branch Manager about all developments that occur
Qualifications
- Previous management and construction industry experience a definite asset
- Direct project management of construction projects $5M - $50M and greater in estimating
- Experience with Xactimate (estimating program) an asset
- Fiscally responsible
- Customer focused
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Holds him/herself accountable for all project related activities
- Work closely with team members and decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
- Ensure a high quality of customer service
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of project execution
- Able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- Fair market salary
