As an Assistant Manager you will be asked to assist the Store Manager to maximize the sales and profitability of the store by achieving and surpassing store sales productivity goals and continuously managing store operations and staff. To provide the coaching and leadership required to each sales associate and team leader.

Requirements:
    You have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Retail including 1 year in Retail Management.
    College Diploma  Retail management or equivalent.
    You have a proven track record for sales
    You are a team player.
    You have a flair for fashion and the ambition to become a future Store Manager.
    You enjoy leadership and strive for excellence.
