Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit; Package take-out food; Stock refrigerators and salad bars; Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards & other storage areas; Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; Operate dishwashers to wash dishes; Clean & sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, Sanitize & wash dishes and other items by hand; Clean & sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances & equipment; Sweep and mop floors; Remove kitchen garbage and trash
