Rubicon Health Solutions has emerged as a specialty brand operating within the Rubicon network, and across both the Pharmasave and PharmaChoice systems.  It specializes in providing centralized innovative & automated packaging solutions and clinical services to both independent living, and those in long-term care facilities.

The vision behind Rubicon Health Solutions came from identifying the need to elevate our service offering and support, and recognizing the challenges faced by managing these issues in a traditional retail pharmacy setting.

Rubicon Health Solutions goal is to support and elevate overall wellness, by providing premium packaging solutions, supported by personalized (in some cases, in-home) and dedicated clinical pharmacy services.

A minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience is preferred, and applicants must be proficient on Kroll (preference for long-term care), have excellent communication, inter-professional, service, and sales skills, and be self-directed and  innovative.

Focus will be on further developing our long-term care strategy, central-fill activity, clinical services, and fostering new sales and growing market share in Regina.
