Description

SaskTel is looking for a one year temporary Credit
Serviecs manager to work in our Consumer Sales
department.  In this role you will be accountable
for the annual indicator targets, strategic
direction, management and administration of the
accounts receivable process.  You are accountable
for linkage to other divisions to ensure the
accounts receivable financial direction and
strategies align with the overall corporate
direction.  This accountability extends to the
establishment of credit policy, the treatment and
collection process and the administration of the
accounts receivable process.  This position is an
internal ad external liaison with the various
stakeholder groups.  In addition, this position is
a repository for the collection of information on
industry trends and best practices.  You will be
expected to maintain expert knowledge of current
and emerging industry standards and actively
inform and educate other departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.   University Degree as a Certified Management
Accountant (CMA) OR Bachelor Degree in Commerce or
Business Administration OR two year diploma in
accounting/business administration with several
years' experience, OR  several years' experience
in the telecommunications business with a solid
comprehension accounts receivable management,
sales and customer service.

2.   Strong customer service focus and results
orientation.

3.   Strong interpersonal skills to work
effectively in situations with an unusually high
level of conflict and stress.

4.   Strong analytical skills to enable the
evaluation of the process.
