The Can-Jer Service Manager does not have to be a
licensed mechanic you just have to be a
mechanically inclined individual who has
management experience, understands the importance
of safety, has inventory experience and who is
self-motivated enough to work with minimal
supervision. The best Service Manager enjoys
variety and working with multiple product lines
while providing face-to-face service to clients. A
good Service Manager will be analytic enough to
prioritize the work of the service department, has
a willingness to perform service work on site,
will have computer skills, and have a strong
desire to learn as a large amount of in-house
training is provided.
