BUNGE CANADA  Nipawin has an opening for
CRUSH OPERATOR  

Reporting to the Crush Plant Supervisor, the Crush
Operator is responsible for operating the seed
cleaning, blending and handling, pre-heating, seed
conditioning, crushing and decanter operations
safely and efficiently while adhering to all
safety rules and regulations.
- The Operator collects and prepares process
samples for analysis and performs product testing
as required as well as inspects and maintains all
process equipment under his/her control.  
-In accordance with GMP, the Operator must
maintain proper housekeeping in the cleaning and
seed handling area, preheater building, roll mill
room, seed conditioning and crush areas.
-Must have demonstrated oral and written
communication skills, ability to work
independently and be able to multi-task among
boiler, utilities, deodorization process and other
duties.
-Background knowledge of the agricultural sector
would be considered an asset along with good
mechanical aptitude.  Must also be able to lift
consistently up to 22.7 kg and be comfortable
working from heights and in confined spaces.
