Adecco is currently recruiting for an Inside
Account Manager job in Regina, SK. This is a
permanent full time career development role and
our client is the largest distributor in their
industry, with over 49 locations across Canada. We
are looking for a dynamic individual to join their
team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors
degree from a recognized post secondary
institution with strong technical aptitude. Our
client believes in the development of their
employees, this position will have the opportunity
to progress into a project manager role.

Responsibilities for the Inside Account Manager
job will include;
- Managing large projects including; bidding,
sourcing material, coordinating freight and
delivery, handling any project issues and client
liaison
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships
with our customer base
- Participating in buying decisions and pricing
strategies
- Providing value added services and solution
selling
- Providing product and technical knowledge

Qualifications include;
- Bachelor degree from a recognized post secondary
institution
- Engineering background will be an asset and
candidates with a strong technical aptitude would
be ideal
-One to three years of inside sales experience
would be an asset with a strong focus on customer
relationship management
- Knowledge of pricing, and inventory management
would be an asset
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical
skills
- High standard of professionalism
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and
distribution industry and knowledge of waterworks
products would be an advantage
