Job Description:
To teach adults, who have been approved for funding, basic literacy, math and computer skills.
The goal being to:  promote independence, quality of life and finding/maintaining meaningful employment.

Education:
Post secondary diploma, or degree in human service field, and/or necessary training and/or experience.
Must have knowledge of people with intellectual disabilities
Must have computer skills
Must know basic office procedures
Must have a commitment to normalization and integration of people with a disability
Good common sense
Must be able to work independently, show initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness and follow the Benchmark program guidelines.
