Our Saskatoon Materials Testing Laboratory is currently seeking an enthusiastic, individual to join our growing team.  We are seeking applicants for full-time (40 hours) during the summer with the opportunity to extend the contract.  We provide competitive wages and on-the-job training.  We care about the health and safety of our employees, of those who work under our care, and of the people our projects serve.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe work environment
-Conducting various tests in accordance with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and CSA (Canadian Standards Association) on various construction materials such as, soil, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt
-Clean and maintain lab and testing equipment
-Possible travel and overtime
Requirements
-A self starter who is dedicated and motivated with well developed interpersonal, organizational, and team skills
Attention to detail and problem solving
-Willingness to learn and develop new skills
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a team environment
-Valid Saskatchewan class 5 drivers license
-Knowledge of Ms Office suite would be considered an asset
-CSA/CCIL Certification for Concrete or soils as well as knowledge of ASTM soil testing procedures will be considered an asset
