In this role you will support and maintain all customer technology equipment and assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing and upgrading all customer hardware and equipment while ensuring it is running at optimal performance. This will be done in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as providing documentation and customer training and assistance.
You will have 2 years working knowledge of end user support and customer service with a working knowledge of installing, maintaining, administrating: Windows XP Professional and Windows 7/8, both stand alone and server based network printers, various hardware peripherals, virus and spyware removal, routers, firewalls, and VPN. Working knowledge of VMware, Citrix, Windows Server 2008R2/20012R2 installation, maintenance and administration including Active Directory, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Servers, IIS, administration and configuration. CentOS, Apache, Asterisk, and an understanding of voice protocols and QOS would be an asset.
A+ or a Microsoft Certification is required. A valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle is also a must.
