Description

The primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to provide effective leadership to cross functional teams and ensure projects are managed and completed within the scope parameters by applying project management methodology. Building and managing project teams, reporting to the Project Sponsor and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.

Key Outcomes:
-Responsible to deliver cost effective project management solutions that will increase efficiency and productivity of our clients by managing assigned projects within approved project parameters and budgets, applying project management methodology.
-Responsible to manage a group of related projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually by applying program management.
-Manage, develop, implement and maintain additional services by applying innovative project management techniques including executing key initiative scoping integrated with strategic planning processes to ensure alignment of strategy and projects.
-Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis, encouraging the development of tools and best practices for project management and execution.

Qualifications:
-3-5 years of demonstrated experience in project management.  Past experience with successfully managing large project involving cross-functional teams would be an asset.  
-Completion of or in final stages of completion of an industry-recognized Project Management Professional designation or related ITIL qualifications
