Ranch Ehrlo Society, one of Saskatchewans Top Employers, is currently looking for a friendly, well-organized Office Assistant for a three month term at Ehrlo Counselling Services(tentatively June 9, 2014 to September 26, 2014).

The Office Assistant manages the reception area which includes handling all incoming calls, mail, and visitors and directing as required. The position is involved in processing purchase orders, having them authorized, and distributed. They are responsible for inputting, modifying, and retrieving data from various sources and required to have above average computer software and filing skills. Other responsibilities include maintaining and creating forms, ordering office supplies, and ensuring office machines maintenance is completed.

Qualifications:
- Clerical or administration certificate or some formal training in one or all of these areas.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related finance experience.
- Strong communication skills orally and in writing.
- Ability to use good judgement and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters and materials.
