Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leadership and delivery of Human Resources functions consistent with the vision, mission, values and goals of the Kelsey Trail Regional Health Authority. Areas of responsibility include; Labour Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Culture of Safety, Attendance Support, Recruitment, Retention, Employee Development, and Employee Engagement.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years senior administrative experience (generalist role within health care preferred).
