The Deli Bakery Leader is responsible for:
- managing department inventory, retail floor: pricing, integrity and merchandising, as well as labor
- ensuring the department achieves the standards and goals
- ordering, receiving, unloading, storing and rotation of merchandise
- ensuring prompt friendly customer service
- baking, cooking, slicing deli meat, food prep, catering, etc.
- compliance on safe food handling and sanitization
- training and supervising staff
- working with the overall store management team to ensure efficiency
