The Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
will be responsible for receiving clients, and for
providing administration and other support to the
Executive Director and other staff of the PAMC,
including:
Overseeing language classes and other programs, as
designated by Executive Director
Receiving and directing incoming telephone calls
and walk-in inquiries
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing, editing and coordinating a wide variety
of correspondence
Compiling and formatting reports, invoices, etc.
Assisting the Executive Director with project
development, grant writing and fundraising
General cleaning in coordination with other PAMC
staff
Maintaining PAMC social media, such as Facebook
and webpage
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
This position will report to the agencys
Executive Director. Excellent communication and
client service in English is a must, as is
knowledge of the community. Additional language
skills would also be an asset, as well as
experience with diverse cultures and cultural
sensitivity. Typing and computer skills are a
must, as well as experience using social/internet
media.
