Overall Description of the Role
The Operations Team Member is a key role that is responsible for client service, processing financial transactions, providing administrative support and helping to create an efficient, effective and enjoyable environment. Operations Team Members take an active role in supporting the financial advisors and serving clients directly.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
    A high ability to handle multiple priorities of concurrent tasks/projects
    Excellent communication skills with the owner, financial advisors, team members, clients and key suppliers/carriers
    Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
    A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to process and act on information quickly
    Proven ability to meet deadlines
    Self-motivated and confident to take the initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision
    Excellent ability using software applications (including Office products, project management tools and CRM applications)

We suspect that an individual already working in the financial services industry or who has had experience as a legal secretary may be especially suited to this role, but this is not a requirement.

McGregor Financial is a privately owned, financial advisory firm that has been serving families and businesses for decades. This very active firm is based in Saskatoon and is in active growth mode.
