Description

Tron Power is seeking a Project Coordinator who will assist in the Coordination of Planning, Executing, and Delivering Corporate Projects on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications.

*Assist in the efficient delivery of project, quality control, clear communication of stakeholders, and reporting to Senior Management
*Critical tasks performed on each project lifecycle
*Organize project teams, into suitable workgroup's, and guide the teams throughout the efforts of each project presented.
*Produce regular reports, deliver reports to stakeholder meetings
*Track all necessary projects to completion stages, within budgets, and procure extra budget as necessary for project completion
*Identify, and resolve conflicts within project teams, and associate work, create contingencies & plans to mitigate

*Post secondary Education-Degree in Engineering
*Able to effectively communicate with all staff, technical, professional, and sr management
*Familiarity with spreadsheets, and word processes
*Ability to create and edit project documentation
Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Technology Management, and Internal Controls
