Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Branch Manager will be responsible for leading, evaluating, managing and developing a high performance production team. Communicating with customers, upholding corporate objectives and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are implemented will be crucial to success in this role.

Additional responsibilities of the Branch Manager will include optimizing a profitable and sustainable growth strategy for the branch, achieving production targets and maximizing the satisfaction of customers.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in a manufacturing/production organization with a minimum of 3 - 5 years operations leadership and management experience.
The incumbent will possess a degree/diploma or recognized certificate, ideally within Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing. Previous exposure to Lean Manufacturing is considered an asset, as well as training/knowledge in business or metal production processes. This role requires a team builder with strong communication skills, whom challenges the status quo and strives to bring new and innovative views/solutions to the table.
