In this newly created role, you will provide
remote and on-site support for a growing base of
small to medium-sized business clients using Sage
BusinessVision (BV) software.  

Responsibilities will include the following:  
- Install and configure new BV implementations,
including creation or migration of existing charts
of accounts, customers, vendors and opening
balances.
- Assist with program training on BV features.
- Assist with periodic program update
installations.
- Use Crystal Reports to create custom financial
reports as required by the customer.
- Assist the BV Sales Manager in providing product
demonstrations to potential clients.
- Document work performed in an electronic time
and billing system.  
- Work and provide support within a team
environment, with on-site technicians,
administration and managerial staff.

BusinessVision training will be provided, along
with the requirement to become a Sage Certified BV
Consultant.

The qualified candidate:
- Will be a graduate of a recognized Computer/IT
Diploma  or - Accounting Diploma - or - 2+ years
in a relevant Accounting Software Support role.  
- Must have a thorough understanding of
bookkeeping and general accepted accounting
principles.
