Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for a P/T Painter to work at a few of our apartment communities in Prince Albert. If you have experience working as a residential painter and would like to work for a leader in the Property Management industry then look no further, we have the job for you.
Responsibilities will include painting the interior of make-ready apartments, responding to service requests from residents, occasional exterior painting, keeping paint department stocked with supplies and working with maintenance to do on-going property improvements and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications include the ability to lift/carry up to 80lbs., ability to push/pull up to 200lbs, valid drivers license and proof of insurance, must be detail oriented, and be able to work in all outdoor conditions.
