Description

Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for an Assistant Apartment Manager!  If you have experience working in the apartment industry and would like to come and work for a leader in property management then look no further, we have the job for you!
Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, someone who is not afraid to step into a leadership role and can adapt to change.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual budget
Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts
Preparation of daily bank deposits
Implementation of the community lease renewal program
Assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing

Qualifications:
2+ years of property management experience or related industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc); knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

 - Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
 - Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
 - Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
