FLAVOURS OF INDIA LOCATED AT 305 VICTORIA AVE EAST, REGINA REQUIRES A FULL TIME PERMANENT DISHWASHER WILL BE PAID $10.25 PER HOUR FOR MINIMUM 40 HRS. PER WEEK.
JOB DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE CLEANING KITCHEN AREAS , WALK IN COOLERS , FREEZERS , TABLES , BROOM & MOP FLOORS , WASH CUSTOMER DISHES AND BIG POTS AND DISHES FROM CHEF AND KITCHEN COOKING.THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO do SHIFT WORK, WORK EVENINGS , WEEKENDS AND ON LONG WEEKENDS.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD NOT BE ALLERGIC TO SPICES USED IN INDIAN COOKING.
BASIC ORAL ENGLISH REQUIRED.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Package take-out food

Kitchen Helping Skills
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
Bussing Skills
- Load buspans and trays
