ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
For our new store opening in Saskatchewan

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager will give the necessary support to the Store Manager to maximize the sales and profitability of the store by achieving and surpassing all daily, weekly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have the required experience to effectively lead a team of associates, as well as possess the ability to liaise between the team and other management in order to achieve the essential sales productivity goals.

As a retail professional, you will have a solid understanding of the day-to-day store operations, along with demonstrated skills in the areas of customer service, selling and visual merchandising. The Assistant Manager must have the ability to respond positively and proactively to the varying needs of the business and have a keen sense of style and trends in Home Dcor fashion.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Sales-driven manager with strong and proven personal selling skills
Excellence in customer Service Satisfaction
Leadership and coaching experience with the ability to develop a skilled team of Sales Associates
Positive leader and coach with a high energy level and dynamic attitude
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Organizational skillset with the ability to delegate efficiently
Effective problem solver
2 years experience in retail Management
