Breakfast Attendants are required to provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to the guests.
20 - 32 hours per week
Duties:
Must possess Cooking Certificate and Food Handling Certificate or equivalent other
Preparing meals to suit the needs of our hotel guests
Be punctual, be friendly to our guests by engaging in friendly conversations whenever possible and be self-motivated
Set up and take down the continental breakfast buffet each morning
Solve problems when able and report any complaints or issues immediately to management for resolution
Ensure buffet items such as fruit, breads, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurts and other breakfast items, and beverages remain fresh and well stocked at safe temperature
Maintain the appearance of the buffet area
Continuously clean and reset tables during and after breakfast time
Be organized and have food items ready for the next morning
Refill sugar caddies, jams, etc.
Prepare daily inventory checklist for ordering purposes
Wipe, sweep and mop the work area (kitchen and restaurant)
Wash dishes and other prep duties
Follow management directions for small events (if applicable)
Save energy after breakfast time
