The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) is
responsible for advancing public awareness of the
services of the Council on Aging and Caregiver
Information and Support Committee through
communication, marketing and funding. The
Coordinator will work closely with the Board,
Executive Director, Communications and Finance and
Fundraising Committees in order to develop and
implement effective communication and marketing
strategies and fundraising plans.
This position involves a variety of
duties/responsibilities in the area of
communications, marketing, branding, sponsorships,
grants and fundraising.
Interested applicants should have relevant post-
secondary education, a minimum of two years of
professional experience, fundraising/event
planning experience, outreach/marketing/planning
skills and proficient computer skills.

Wage is $17.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
(Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; one hour for
lunch). Position expected to begin May 12, 2014.
