Description

- Full time permanent position as House Manager for Adult Group
Home to start in early May.

Responsibilities:
-Applicant will be responsible for day to day management of house
and program
-Program includes providing physical and/or personal support to
adults with disabilities in a residential setting assisting in
planning and implementing personal program plans, life skills and
leisure activities
- Collaborates the implementation of the program plan with
participants, their families, and community
- Supervise front line staff of 10-12 individuals
- Demonstrates leadership, flexibility, cooperation, teamwork,
energy, and optimism

Requirements:
- Experience and education in the field is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory position is ideal
- CPR and First Aide Certificate
- Effective oral and written communication and reporting
- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
with individuals and groups
- Hold a valid Class 5 license and access to personal vehicle
-Must be available to work evenings and/or weekend shifts as well
as 12 hour shifts
