OSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cameco Corporations business process & applications (BP&A) group
implements corporate wide business applications, strategies and
processes that facilitate Camecos quest for quality and continuous
improvement. The team strives to standardize and harmonize
process and data, as well as incorporate industry-leading practices
selected for business value.
As a valuable team member of this dynamic group you will focus
the majority of your time on the support and sustainment of the
SAP quality management module. In addition you will have the
opportunity to expand your knowledge into other modules in SAP
and gain a better understanding of how technology enriches the
business processes. You will be a key link between the business
units and the technical team ensuring that the technology is utilized
to provide the best possible solution for the business. You will also
have hands-on experience configuring and testing within the
system allowing you to keep and enhance your critical technical skill
set. If you enjoy problem solving, working within a strong team
environment and strive for continuous improvement this may be the
role for you.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Bachelors degree in computer science, quality management or
a related discipline
Five years of experience in quality systems including SAP
Business process knowledge in the area of quality
management
Assets:
Certified in SAP quality management module
Experience working in other SAP modules such as MM, PM, PP,
SD, FICO, HR
