We are looking for a full time/temporary Admin. Assistant for approximately 4 months. May lead to a permanent position.
Responsibilities include:
Answer telephone and direct calls
Greet and assist all clients.
Provide clerical assistance to staff including document
typing, filing, and follow ups.
Work with carrier force to ensure prompt accurate delivery of newspapers.
Classified ad entry.
Assist with office administration duties as necessary
Qualifications
Must have basic computer skills (email, internet, data entry)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
is an asset.
Good attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential
Must be self-motivated and able to work both individually and in a team environment
Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work well with a minimum of supervision
Must possess a valid drivers license.
